Ordering Specialty Cakes
What is your turnaround time?
All Custom cakes requires a 7 – 14 days advance order. Do not hesitate to call if your cake is short notice. We will do our best to accommodate. However, we can only accept a limited number of orders weekly, and advance ordering ensures you will not miss out on your date.
Do you require a deposit?
A 50% deposit is required to book an order.
How can I place an order?
We accept orders over the phone at 770.760.1199, via email firstname.lastname@example.org or in person. If you have a complicated cake design that requires additional time to discuss, please schedule a consultation with one of our designers. Otherwise, just about anyone at the bakery can accept a basic cake order during our hours of operation.
How long does it take to respond to an email order?
If you submit an order via email, please patiently give us 24 – 48 hours to respond. We have a lot of inquiries, but we always get to them.
Delivery and Pick Up
Do you offer delivery?
We offer professional delivery starting at $45 depending on the destination.
Am I required to use a specific service?
For large cakes, we recommend customers use our delivery service, although it is not required.
What is your policy during transit?
We cannot take the responsibility for your cake once it leaves our shop.
